Kevin DUGUAY Otonabee Ward
Kevin Duguay has worked and lived in Peterborough since 1989. He is married to Barbara, and they have four children and five grandchildren. Kevin was the City of Peterborough’s land use planner from 1989 to 2005, before starting a successful Peterborough based planning consulting firm in 2005. Kevin is an active community volunteer. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Peterborough, having served twice as Club President. Kevin has also served on local board of directors for the Five Counties Children’s Centre and Kawartha Participation Projects, as well as served on local school councils and other community organizations. Kevin will bring to the role of City Councilor, knowledge of the community, professionalism and experience. Kevin will serve his community! Kevin’s Four Key Priorities Accessible and Responsive: accessible and responsive to Otonabee Ward residents and businesses - to meet, learn and discuss those aspirations, ideas and concerns important to the Ward and the City. Housing Supply: work towards a vibrant, safe and prosperous community by supporting all forms of housing to accommodate the varied needs of current and future residents. Quality of Our Community: advocate for programs, services and facilities that contribute to improving the quality of life in our community. Infrastructure: support investments in roads, sidewalks, trails, community parks and open spaces throughout the Ward and the City.
